Known gotchas
Biennial Reports are filed only every two years by large-quantity generators, so year-over-year gaps in a facility's history are expected, not missing data.
Table and field names for BR are less consistently documented than core RCRAInfo handler tables - validate against the metadata search before trusting a join.
