Steps

  1. In the Storeganise management portal, navigate to the target unit type within a site's settings.
  2. Open the 'Details' tab and scroll to the Dynamic Pricing module.
  3. Click the + button to add a new rule, defining an occupancy-percentage threshold and the associated price increase or decrease.
  4. Add additional rules to cover multiple occupancy bands for the same unit type.
  5. Confirm behavior by testing a move-in through the customer booking portal, since dynamic pricing only applies there.
