Steps
In the Storeganise management portal, navigate to the target unit type within a site's settings.
Open the 'Details' tab and scroll to the Dynamic Pricing module.
Click the + button to add a new rule, defining an occupancy-percentage threshold and the associated price increase or decrease.
Add additional rules to cover multiple occupancy bands for the same unit type.
Confirm behavior by testing a move-in through the customer booking portal, since dynamic pricing only applies there.
Known gotchas
Dynamic pricing only affects move-ins processed through the customer booking portal — a move-in entered from the management portal defaults to the unit's individually listed price and ignores these rules.
This is Storeganise's own built-in pricing engine, not a connection to a third-party revenue-management tool — there is no documented API to push external demand-forecast prices into these rules.
Rules are configured per unit type, not per individual unit; per-unit dynamic pricing appears only as an open feature request, not a shipped capability.
