Steps

  1. Identify the entity (e.g., entity:employees) and trigger (created, updated, or a named action) to subscribe to
  2. Define contextFilters using the context.region.<id> tag (or context.* to ignore regional scoping)
  3. POST to /events-subscriptions with the events array, url, secretHeaderName, and secret
  4. On receipt, verify the X-HMAC-Signature header against an HMAC-SHA512 of the request body using your shared secret
  5. Use /events-subscriptions/{id}/logs to audit call-out attempts, statuses, and failure responses
