Log in to your Teachworks account as an admin
Go to Add-Ons and enable the Vehicle Manager add-on
Add each vehicle's details (make, model, plate, etc.) to the vehicle records
Assign vehicles to scheduled lessons from the calendar or lesson record
Use the dedicated vehicle calendar view to check for scheduling vacancies or conflicts
Known gotchas
Vehicle Manager is an add-on that must be explicitly enabled — it isn't part of the base calendar/scheduling feature set
Vehicle availability conflicts are only visible if all lessons using that vehicle are entered in Teachworks; offline maintenance blocks must be added manually
