Steps
Go to the PCI-Certified Plants Search tool on pci.org (PCI/Directories/PCICertifiedPlants.aspx).
Search by company name or location, then filter by certification category (e.g., AA, AB, AC, AD, AT, B1-B4, C1-C4, G) matching the product type needed (architectural precast, hollow-core, girders, etc.).
Cross-check with the PCI Certified Plant Map for a geographic view if sourcing regionally rather than searching a known company name.
Confirm the specific category returned matches the project's specification requirement — PCI certifies by product category, so a plant certified for one category isn't automatically certified for another.
For erector qualifications (a separate credential from plant certification), use PCI's separate Qualified/Certified Erectors directory rather than the plant tool.
Known gotchas
