  1. Create a batch file containing: lcd /local/dest then get -R /remote/dir
  2. Run: sftp -b batch.txt -i ~/.ssh/key user@host
  3. Add -p to the get to preserve timestamps/permissions
  4. Add -a to resume an interrupted transfer (reget) rather than overwriting from scratch
