Pull real-time, machine-level inventory data (current stock per slot) from Seed Pro ahead of route planning.
Generate pre-kits per machine based on that real-time inventory combined with predictive demand analytics.
Build service schedules driven by the combination of real-time inventory state and predictive demand output.
Feed the resulting pre-kit list to warehouse/pick operations before drivers are dispatched.
Known gotchas
Pre-kit accuracy depends on telemetry freshness — if a machine's cashless reader/telemeter has not reported recently, its 'real-time' inventory figure may be stale without an obvious staleness flag.
Planogram auto-optimization changes product-to-slot mapping over time — downstream systems that hard-code slot-to-SKU assumptions instead of reading the current planogram will silently mis-pick.
Seed Pro's forecasting/pre-kit features are documented at a product-marketing level, not as a public API reference — confirm with Cantaloupe whether pre-kit lists are accessible programmatically or only through the Seed UI/exports.
