Steps
Obtain API access/credentials from Restb.ai for the property image-analysis solution.
POST an inspection or listing photo (JPEG, PNG, or other supported format) to the relevant Restb.ai API endpoint over HTTPS.
Request the Room Type classification model to tag each photo by room (kitchen, bathroom, exterior, etc.).
Request the property condition scoring model to get condition ratings for the rooms captured in the photo set.
Parse the JSON response and map the returned tags/scores into your inspection or appraisal report fields.
Known gotchas
Image quality directly affects classification and condition-scoring accuracy; blurry, poorly lit, or heavily cropped photos degrade results.
360/equirectangular images and video are supported alongside standard still photos, but required parameters may differ, so check the docs for the specific input type you're sending.
