Steps
In Marketing, create a new One-Time-Use Codes campaign and define eligibility by Department or by Item (wash), adding rules per discount.
Set whether the discount can combine with other discounts, then Save/Add Discount for each rule you configure.
Click Finish on the campaign and confirm the Warning prompt — once finalized you cannot add discounts or change the redemption code count.
Wait for the campaign status to change from Generating to Ready (larger code batches take a few minutes to generate).
From the One-Time-Use Campaigns list, click the export icon for the finalized campaign to download a ZIP containing one CSV per discount with the redemption codes.
Known gotchas
Event codes and one-time codes cannot be used in the same transaction as an instant code.
Finalizing a campaign is irreversible — verify discount rules and code quantities before clicking Finish.
