Steps
Call the Registrants Get endpoint to list current registrants and their status for a given auction.
Call the Registrant Status Update endpoint to approve, reject, or otherwise change a specific registrant's status, authenticated with your BDXAPI_NAME signature.
Use the registrantId or registrantUuid path substitution as documented in the API introduction's common substitutions table.
Re-fetch Registrants Get after an update to confirm the new status took effect before allowing the registrant to bid.
Known gotchas
This session confirmed the Registrants Get/Registrant Status Update endpoint names from BidJS's API call list but did not fetch their dedicated parameter-reference pages - verify exact request/response fields there before building.
Registrant status changes made via API still flow through the same auction lifecycle as manual admin approvals, so don't assume a bypass of any manual-review auction settings.
