Steps
Obtain an OAuth 2.0 client-credentials access token from the app credentials generated in the developer portal
Query the Jobs and Invoices resources under the API & Webhook Reference tab for the relevant tenant
Filter results by date range and job status to pull only completed, billable locksmith jobs
Cross-reference invoice line items against the pricebook resource to reconcile totals
Re-authenticate as needed since the 900-second token lifetime will expire mid-batch on large pulls
Known gotchas
Financial data endpoints are scoped per tenant; a single app key does not automatically see data across multiple ServiceTitan customer accounts
OAuth scopes must be explicitly selected when the app is configured — missing a scope produces authorization errors rather than empty results
The Integration environment uses sandbox data, not real financials, so reconciliation testing must happen against Production credentials tied to a live tenant
