Steps
In ResponsiBid, go to Settings > Installation > Webhook Leads and click 'Create API Key.'
Name the key and describe its use (e.g. 'website soft-wash quote form'), optionally setting an expiration date.
Save the key and copy the API Token from the field shown after saving.
Configure the website's lead form or third-party form tool to POST captured lead data to ResponsiBid's webhook endpoint using that API token.
Submit a test lead and confirm it appears in the ResponsiBid dashboard/call screen before going live.
Known gotchas
This is a one-way lead-intake mechanism, not a general read/write API for bids, jobs, or customers; don't expect to pull bid data back out through the same key.
The API token grants lead-submission access, so treat it like a credential and rotate or expire it if the integration changes hands.
