Contact Mozio to establish a business partnership and obtain API credentials; the API is not open for self-service registration
Authenticate requests using your Mozio API key in request headers as specified in the developer documentation at developer.mozio.com
POST a search request with origin, destination, passenger count, and travel datetime to retrieve a list of available transfer options from the Mozio provider network
Parse the response array to surface vehicle type, price, provider name, and pickup instructions to the end user within your booking UI
Create a reservation by POSTing the selected result ID along with traveler contact information, flight number if applicable, and any special requirements
Handle provider cancellation and modification policies per the rules returned with each result; implement the cancel endpoint call within the policy window to avoid forfeiture
Known gotchas
Mozio aggregates approximately 100 ground transport providers across 2,000-plus airports; availability and pricing are live and can change between search and booking — re-validate before confirming
The API returns results in JSON but provider-level data quality varies; some providers return approximate pickup times while others return exact meeting points — surface the distinction clearly in your UI
Flight number inclusion enables meet-and-greet and flight-tracking features for some providers; omitting it for airport arrivals may result in a simpler pickup tier without flight monitoring
