Steps
Log into SiteLink Corporate Control Center and go to Websites/Kiosks and Call Center > Permissions/API Users and Rights
Click Add, check 'All sites' (or the specific site), and enable every permitted-rights checkbox for the integration
Create a dedicated API username and password for the integration (do not reuse a human login) and record it for the integrating vendor
Email apisupport@sitelink.com to start the contract/NDA process required to get the full API reference at apidoc.sitelink.com
Use the issued Corp User credentials plus the API key to call the units/availability endpoints once access is granted
Known gotchas
The full SiteLink API reference is password-gated behind a signed NDA, not open to the public - budget time for the contract process before coding
API access requires a Corp User account with explicit API rights set up in Corporate Control Center, separate from a normal SiteLink login
Existing partner credentials (e.g. for SpareFoot, CallPotential) may already be listed under API Users and Rights - don't collide with them
