Steps

  1. Authenticate with a Bearer access token scoped to the target business subdomain
  2. GET /api/v2/desk/people to list client Person records, or /api/v2/desk/people/:id for a single record
  3. Use the equivalent front endpoints for self-service parent-portal-style lookups, noting several do not require authentication
  4. Filter collections with query params such as created_since using ISO8601 timestamps with an explicit UTC offset
  5. Update fields on a Person with the corresponding desk endpoint
