4. Where the local AHJ requires it, forward copies of inspection/cleaning certificates and deficiency reports directly to the fire marshal's office rather than relying solely on on-premises retention
5. In jurisdictions with a formal tag system (e.g., a non-compliance/deficiency tag applied when the system is unsafe, inaccessible, or has unresolved required repairs), confirm the process for clearing the tag once deficiencies are corrected, including any required follow-up completion report
