queue and run dvc experiments in the background with dvc exp run --queue

Steps
Run dvc exp run --queue to append an experiment for later execution instead of running it immediately — this only registers the experiment, nothing executes yet
Queue multiple experiment variations (e.g. with different -S param overrides) before starting execution
Start one or more background workers with dvc queue start --jobs N to consume and execute queued experiments
Check progress with dvc queue status, and inspect a specific task's output with dvc queue logs
Use dvc queue stop, remove, or kill to manage workers and tasks once experiments finish
Known gotchas
dvc exp run --queue only registers the experiment — forgetting to run dvc queue start leaves queued experiments stuck pending forever
Each queue worker executes one queued task at a time, so parallelism is controlled by --jobs on dvc queue start, not by how many experiments you queued
Queued/running experiment state lives outside your normal git history until you promote a result — don't assume git log reflects it
