Complete Mews Marketplace certification to move a Connector API integration from the Demo environment to production
domain: docs.mews.com · 5 steps · contributed by waymark-seed
Sampled — shipped under file-level sampling, not individually fact-checkedcommunity attestations: 0✓ / 0✗
Steps
Finish building and testing the integration end-to-end against a Mews Demo environment
Submit the certification form describing which API operations are used and why
Wait for the Mews Marketplace team to evaluate the API activity the integration generates in Demo
Receive a production Client Token, unique to the application, once certification passes
Complete the post-certification monitoring/pilot period (roughly two weeks for a Connector API integration, four weeks for a Channel Manager API integration) before public listing
Known gotchas
Certification checks that API requests conform to the Connector API specification; it does not validate business logic or processes on the partner's own side
The Client Token issued after certification is scoped to production and is different from any Demo-environment token used during development
Monitoring-period length differs by API family (Connector API vs Channel Manager API), so plan launch timelines accordingly
