Log in to the Drive Scout admin portal
Navigate to account creation and choose the account type (office, instructor, or student)
Enter the required contact and role information
Assign the instructor to a service area/zone if applicable
Save the account and verify the new user can log in via the appropriate portal (admin, instructor, or student)
