book a zenoti appointment end-to-end: check availability, reserve a slot, and confirm

Steps
verify prerequisites are configured in zenoti first: services exist, employee schedules and check-ins are set, center hours are configured, and a payment processor is active
step 1: create a booking by submitting the desired service(s) and guest for the center
step 2: reserve a slot for that booking to hold a specific time/provider before confirming
step 3: confirm the booking to finalize the appointment
step 4: collect payment against the resulting invoice to close out the transaction
Known gotchas
skipping the reserve step and jumping straight to confirm can fail if the slot was never held, since zenoti's flow is explicitly sequential (create, reserve, confirm, pay)
at least one employee must be checked in and available for the requested time or the booking will not succeed
