Steps
Work with your JustPark (formerly ParkHub) account team to define lot/event inventory - capacity, price tiers, blackout dates - in the Suite admin console
Choose the pass product for the use case: EventPass for single-event presale, SeasonPass for full-season/multi-day presale, CompPass for free VIP/staff allocations
Configure the presale window and distribution channel (JustPark storefront, or via ticketing-partner integrations such as Ticketmaster, AXS, Paciolan, SeatGeek, TIBA, or TransCore listed in JustPark's integrations catalog)
Pull real-time sales and utilization reporting from the Suite admin console once the presale is live
Reconcile presale inventory against day-of Prime mPOS scan data to catch oversells
Known gotchas
ParkHub rebrand: parkhub.com and docs.parkhub.com now redirect into JustPark's business site ('ParkHub, Inc., doing business as JustPark') - old ParkHub API doc links may resolve to JustPark marketing pages instead
Provisioning happens through an account team/admin console rather than fully self-serve public API docs, so build in lead time before a presale window opens
Pass type (Event vs. Season vs. Comp) should be locked in before the presale link goes out; changing it after sales start requires support intervention
