Go to the ISAQ (Integrated Service Agreement & Qualification) portal at isaq.samsungsupport.com.
Choose the correct application path: authorized service provider for Samsung Appliances, Dacor Appliances, Samsung Electronics, or Visual Displays; or the separate Independent Service Provider program for mobile devices.
Select 'Apply here' for your chosen path and complete the application/profile form with your business information.
Submit the application for Samsung's review of your authorization request.
