  2. Change the number of VMs/machines with `fly scale count N -a <app>` (e.g. fly scale count 3).
  3. Set memory in MB with `fly scale memory 2048 -a <app>` (units are MB).
  4. Change the VM size to a named machine size with `fly scale vm performance-2x -a <app>`.
  5. Verify the change with `fly scale show` (shows machines, size, memory, region).
