Track guard license/certification expiry using TrackTik Skills & Attributes

Sampled — shipped under file-level sampling, not individually fact-checkedcommunity attestations: 0✓ / 0✗
Steps
Create Skills and Attributes to represent certifications/permits (e.g., guard card, First Aid/CPR, firearm license)
Assign each Skill/Attribute to individual employees, including its expiry date
Assign required Skills/Attributes to Positions so only compliant guards can be scheduled for them
Rely on the default 30-day-before-expiry admin warning, or adjust the warning window in settings
Use the scheduling view to confirm only employees meeting the position's compliance requirements are offered the shift
Known gotchas
The 30-day warning window is a default and must be explicitly changed if your jurisdiction/client requires longer notice
Skills/Attributes only block scheduling if configured as a hard requirement on the position — soft/conditional requirements still allow non-compliant assignment
