  1. POST /wiki/api/v2/pages with spaceId, title, body {representation:'storage', value:'<p>HTML-ish storage format</p>'}
  2. parentId for hierarchy placement
  3. Update requires version increment: PUT with version.number = current+1
  4. Convert wiki/markdown via /wiki/rest/api/contentbody/convert if needed
