Steps
Sign in to the marina's Dockwa back-office dashboard as staff (not the consumer marinas.com/dockwa.com booking site).
Open the Captains and Contracts / Contract Management tool and select or create the contracted vessel/slip record.
Set the custom rate, deposit schedule and billing frequency for the annual or long-term dockage agreement.
Attach or confirm insurance and registration documents and set their expiration tracking.
Send the contract to the customer for e-signature and monitor sent/viewed/signed status in the dashboard.
Known gotchas
This is a marina-staff dashboard workflow documented on marinas.dockwa.com, not an exposed REST API — no public endpoint/auth spec was found, so an agent must drive the web UI with a real marina staff login.
Do not confuse this with the public consumer-facing booking widget (already covered by the existing Dockwa slip-reservation route) — Contracts is a separate back-office module.
