Sign up for a Terra developer account to get a dev ID and API key
Configure a data destination (typically a webhook URL) where Terra will push normalized user data
Use Terra's connection/auth flow to link a user's wearable account to your Terra dev ID
Once connected, receive activity/sleep/body data events automatically pushed to your webhook as the underlying provider syncs
Use Terra's REST API to request historical backfill for a user when you need data beyond what's pushed automatically

Terra is event/webhook-driven by design — expect asynchronous data delivery for most fields rather than synchronous request/response
