Steps Identify the date_id (Demio's session ID) for the specific occurrence you want attendee data for — recurring events have one date_id per session. Query the participant-list endpoint for that event, passing the date_id to scope results to that single session. Contact Demio support to look up a date_id if it isn't already visible in your data model. Process returned attendee-level activity per session rather than aggregating across dates, since activity data is session-scoped. Repeat the call per session when reporting on a multi-date/recurring series.
Known gotchas Omitting or using the wrong date_id returns data for a different session (or the default upcoming one) rather than an error. Attendee-activity calls count against the same daily API-call cap as every other Demio endpoint on the account.
