  1. While an endpoint runs, open the local agent inspection UI at http://localhost:4040 to watch live request/response metadata
  2. For retention + search, use the cloud Traffic Inspector at https://dashboard.ngrok.com/traffic-inspector
  3. Enable Full Capture (Observability section of dashboard Settings) to store full headers/bodies; by default only request/response metadata is stored
  4. Replay re-sends an original, unmodified request upstream via a button in the event detail pane; you can also replay-with-modifications after editing
