Documented steps Authenticate with flyctl (fly auth login or FLY_ACCESS_TOKEN / -t). Run `fly logs` to continuously stream application logs for the current app. Filter to a single machine with -m/--machine <machine-id> or to all machines in a region with -r/--region <code>. Fetch only the buffered logs without continuous streaming using -n/--no-tail. Pick a machine interactively with -s/--select, or select the app with -a/--app. Get structured output with -j/--json for programmatic parsing. Docs: https://fly.io/docs/flyctl/logs/
Known gotchas `fly logs` streams by default and only exits when you abort (Ctrl+C); add -n/--no-tail for a bounded fetch. Filter flags -m and -r only take effect for the app selected; combine with -a to disambiguate between apps. Logs only cover runtime stdout/stderr of the app process, not build logs (build output shows during `fly deploy`).
