Open the Open311 GeoReport v2 Servers wiki page to browse participating jurisdictions.
Record the base endpoint URL and jurisdiction_id listed for the target city.
Verify the endpoint is live with a GET /services.json call before building against it.
Check the Extensions page for any non-standard fields the city has added to its implementation.
Known gotchas
The registry is community-maintained and can be stale - some listed endpoints are decommissioned or have moved.
Jurisdiction_id conventions vary; when in doubt it's the city's website root domain without www.
