Steps

  1. In Sonny's Controls Back Office, open Employee Settings and enter each employee's ADP ID.
  2. In Site Settings, populate the ADP Report Company Code field for the site.
  3. Run the Employee Timesheets report from Reports > Employee for the desired date range.
  4. For accounts with an ADP license, use the additional Export option on the Timesheets report to export in ADP (APD) format.
  5. Upload the exported file into your ADP payroll software.
