Confirm PandaDoc Rooms has no public API and use the standard Document API for documents placed inside a Room

Steps

1. Understand Rooms is a UI-only collaborative deal-room feature that bundles multiple documents, tasks, and stakeholder communication/audit trail into one shared workspace — distinct from a single PandaDoc document.
2. Rooms are created, populated, and published entirely inside the PandaDoc web app under plan-based publish limits; the public API reference exposes no Rooms-specific endpoints.
3. Documents that live inside a Room are still ordinary PandaDoc documents, so they can be created/sent/tracked with the standard Documents API (create document, send document, get document details).
4. The Room container itself — tasks, action plans, buyer chat, audit trail — is not exposed through any documented REST endpoint, so it cannot be created, published, or read back via API.
5. If Room-like automation is required, the realistic options are: manage the underlying documents via the standard Document API and add them to a Room manually in the UI, or rely on CRM integrations rather than a direct Rooms API.
