  1. Authenticate and obtain an organization ID with ag1/ag2 scope granted (see Operations Center OAuth route)
  2. GET the field operations list for an organization to get metadata and totals worked/planted/applied/harvested
  3. GET the measurement types available for a specific field operation
  4. GET a measurement type's aggregated total, or request a map image with legend for that measurement
  5. For point-level data, request the operation's shapefile export
  6. Optionally subscribe to the Data Subscription Service webhook instead of polling for new operations
