Documented steps

  1. POST https://api.resend.com/domains with name (e.g. 'updates.example.com') and optional region
  2. Supported regions: us-east-1 (N. Virginia), eu-west-1 (Ireland), sa-east-1 (Sao Paulo), ap-northeast-1 (Tokyo)
  3. Response lists the DNS records to create at your DNS host: SPF TXT plus DKIM CNAME records (and a tracking record if enabled)
  4. After adding DNS records, POST https://api.resend.com/domains/{domain_id}/verify to trigger verification
  5. Poll GET /domains/{domain_id} or watch domain webhook events until status is 'verified'
