Steps
In TutorCruncher go to System > Settings > TutorCruncher API > API Integrations and click 'Add Socket Integration'
Copy the public API key (found embedded in the integration's webhook URL) and add your live domain(s) to the 'Allowed Domains' list
Add the Socket script tag (<script src='...'></script>) to the site, typically just before the closing </body> tag
Use one of TutorCruncher's Socket examples to render a public tutor list, an enquiry/request form, or a lesson-booking flow bound to the public key
If testing locally, use the shared test key ('9c79f14df986a1ec693c') which renders Socket without submitting real data
Known gotchas
Socket relies on client-side JavaScript, so it will not render on the free tiers of website builders (e.g. WordPress.com, Squarespace) that block custom JS
A 'Wrong Origin Domain' 403 error means the current preview/live URL isn't yet in Allowed Domains — add the exact origin shown in the error (or a wildcard) and save
The public key is, by design, visible to anyone viewing the site source; only the private API key (never exposed client-side) grants full account access
