Steps

  1. Click Reports from the main menu, then open the Incident Reports section
  2. Filter by report type, post site, guards, report status, incident status, or date range and click Filter
  3. Open the specific report to review its details
  4. To email it, click the three-dot menu next to Filters, select Email Report, choose the attachment type, enter recipient emails, and hit Send
  5. To export it instead, use the three-dot menu and choose Export as PDF or Export as Excel
