Activate and configure the Arryved Insider native loyalty program

Steps

1. Read the Arryved Insider Overview guide to understand the program before requesting activation.
2. As an Arryved Portal Super Admin, email support@arryved.com requesting activation of Arryved Insider.
3. Complete the activation survey Arryved Support sends back, covering the program's main point of contact, whether Members earn Loyalty Points (and whether they get an email when points are earned), and whether you want to use the Insider Portal.
4. Upload the two required Location Assets in Arryved Portal (Location Settings > Location Assets > Arryved Insider): an Insider Background image (700x1050px) and an Insider Email Header banner (600x210px) — Arryved cannot activate the program until these are uploaded.
5. Once Arryved Support confirms activation, go to Location Preferences > Location Settings and enable the relevant Arryved Cloud preferences (Arryved Insider Rewards, Arryved Insider Offers, Discount Codes) and Arryved Insider preferences (e.g. hiding the 'Become an Insider' button for a private membership, allowing Reward redemption, limiting redemptions per tab).
6. Build out Insider Rewards and Offers afterward using the Loyalty Cost field on inventory item unit sizes and the Offer Builder.
