Documented steps
Confirm an admin alias to the deployment.
Run: mc admin heal --verbose ALIAS/ (no bucket) to show current background heal status at full detail.
Optionally add --all-drives (-a) to list every actively-healing or queued drive rather than the default subset.
Read the --verbose output: per-server and per-drive status with tolerance information, plus drive offline trackers showing offline event history (timestamps, duration, reason, decision).

Known gotchas
Default output lists only about 5 drives; --verbose (-v) shows the full list.
--all-drives (-a) selects all drives for verbose printing.
Output has two sections: Healing Status (HEALING/QUEUED drives with reason, progress %, set number, time since healing) and Summary (objects healed/failed, heal rate, offline disk count, sets exceeding parity tolerance).
If the target has an active scan, the command returns that scan's status.
