Steps
Request a user account and workspace ID from Condo Control via api@condocontrol.com or a support case
POST username and password to /api/users/Login on the production (https://app.condocontrol.com/api10) or test (https://qa.app.condocontrol.com:500/api10/) environment
Extract the access token from the login response body for use as a bearer credential
Call /api/Users/Workspaces with the access token to retrieve workspace (property) details
Confirm the workspace ID for the environment you are calling, since IDs are not guaranteed to match between test and production
Known gotchas
Condo Control does not offer self-serve signup; both the user account and workspace ID must be requested directly from Condo Control
The test environment is subject to resets and service interruptions, so do not treat it as a stable staging environment
