Steps
Verify the Spectora account is on the Advanced plan, since that tier is required for Zapier access.
Open the Zapier connection invite from Spectora's Zapier integration page and authorize it while logged in as an inspector/manager profile (not a client/buyer profile).
In Zapier, start a new Zap, select the Spectora trigger app, and pick the highest available version number.
Choose one of the four available triggers: Agent contacts created, Agent contacts updated, Client contacts created, or Client contacts updated.
Pull a sample contact to test the trigger, then map fields into the CRM action step.
Publish the Zap, create or update a contact in Spectora, and confirm it lands in the CRM within roughly 15 minutes.
Known gotchas
Only contact create/update events are exposed; there is no Zapier trigger for inspection scheduling or report completion.
A "Please use a Spectora account that does not have multiple profiles" error appears if the connected user also holds a buyer/client profile.
Each Zap fires on exactly one trigger, so separate Zaps are needed for agent vs. client and create vs. update.
