In IDEXX Neo, click the account username, select Administration, then Integrations under System Admin.
Choose the desired integration partner from Neo's list of supported partners on the Neo Integrations page.
Generate the cloud-based API credentials Neo issues for that partner connection.
Share the credentials with the partner vendor through their documented onboarding process (e.g., Weave, SmartFlow, Vetsource).
Confirm data sync (e.g., appointments, client records) by checking the partner dashboard after activation.
Known gotchas
Credential generation is admin-gated inside Neo itself; there is no separate public developer portal for self-serve Neo API keys.
