Documented steps

Set tags with `mc tag set ALIAS/BUCKET "key1=value1&key2=value2"` for a bucket, or `mc tag set ALIAS/BUCKET/object "key=value"` for an object.
List existing tags with `mc tag list ALIAS/BUCKET` (or an object path).
Remove all tags with `mc tag remove ALIAS/BUCKET` (or an object path).
Tags can drive lifecycle rules (`mc ilm rule add --filter`) and match IAM policy conditions.

Known gotchas

MinIO supports up to 10 custom tags per object; exceeding that fails the set.
Tags are passed as a single URL-encoded `key=value&key=value` string, not separate args.
Object tags require the object to exist; bucket tags do not cascade to objects.
