Documented steps

  1. Run `mc admin user add ALIAS USERNAME PASSWORD` to create a MinIO-managed user on the deployment.
  2. Optional flags: `--access-key` / `--secret-key` for explicit credentials, `--policy <json>` to attach a policy at creation, `--description`, and `--disabled`.
  3. List users with `mc admin user ls ALIAS`; inspect one with `mc admin user info ALIAS USERNAME`.
  4. Disable/enable with `mc admin user disable` / `mc admin user enable`; remove with `mc admin user rm`.
  5. For STS credentials generated from a user, inspect with `mc admin user sts info`.
