Use the free, undocumented JSON endpoint at dataportal-api.nordpoolgroup.com/api/DayAheadPrices, the same backend that powers the public viewer at data.nordpoolgroup.com/auction/day-ahead/prices — no API key needed.
Pass date, market (e.g. DayAhead), deliveryArea (bidding zone code like SE3 or NO1), and currency parameters.
Treat this endpoint as unofficial and unstable: Nord Pool has deprecated and changed 'v1' endpoints before, so add error handling for schema/path changes.
For officially supported access, intraday data, REMIT data, or bulk historical data back to the 1990s, register as a Nord Pool customer and use the documented APIs at developers.nordpoolgroup.com or a paid Data Portal subscription instead.
