  1. Go to concrete.org/certification/verifyacertification.aspx, the official ACI Certified Personnel Directory verification tool.
  2. Use Search Option 1 (ID number) if you have the individual's ACI-issued wallet card, and corroborate identity with government-issued photo ID per ACI's stated procedure.
  3. Use Search Option 2 (last name) if you don't have an ID number, but independently corroborate any match against the individual's claimed identity.
  4. Use Search Option 3 if you're a specifier checking regional density of certified individuals rather than verifying one specific person.
