The condition-adjusted QVM-Insights model requires a recent property condition assessment; stale inspection data (more than 90 days old in a volatile market) can produce condition adjustments that misrepresent current property state
Quantarium API access and pricing are negotiated per-use-case; equity lending, mortgage origination, and portfolio monitoring may be priced and licensed differently—confirm that your contract covers the specific use case to avoid compliance issues with the licensing terms
