Reduce monitor webhook noise by enabling meaningful-change AI judging (goal + judgeEnabled)

Documented steps When creating/updating a monitor, set a plain-language goal, e.g. 'Alert me when pricing changes'. Enable judging with judgeEnabled: true so the AI judge evaluates whether a change is meaningful per the goal. Judged changed pages include isMeaningful and judgment.reason in monitor.page webhook payloads and check results. This lets your agent ingest only meaningful diffs instead of every page change, cutting tokens on high-traffic pages. Known gotchas Meaningful-change judging costs 1 additional credit per changed page validated as meaningful. Without a goal, judging may not match the intent you actually care about. isMeaningful is only present on changed pages that ran through the judge, not on same/new/removed pages.
