Contact U.S. Soccer's developer support to request API credentials as a technology provider acting on the member organization's behalf
Once approved, query the Learning Center API for verified certification/course-completion evidence on coaches and referees
Separately query the Risk Management Database (RMD) to verify individuals against the shared eligibility/background-check list
Map U.S. Soccer member and certification IDs to your internal roster records and re-sync periodically as status changes
