  1. Authenticate to Data Miner 2 with a subscription key from a pjm.com account
  2. Call dataminer2.pjm.com/feed/load_frcstd_7_day to retrieve the current forecast snapshot
  3. Note that only the latest forecast vintage is available from this feed (no built-in history)
  4. Filter results by forecast area to scope to a specific zone or the RTO total
  5. For historical/backtested vintages, instead query the load_frcstd_hist feed which retains prior forecast snapshots
  6. Combine current and historical feeds to evaluate forecast accuracy over time
